California just made a huge positive step in Healthcare

Governor Jerry Brown made California the fourth state in the US on Monday to allow physician assisted dying. Yes, only the fourth, and it's disappointing that the numbers (or the lack of) overshadow the real achievement. Everyone has the right to live, and everyone should have the right to die. Of course life is sacred, but the opponents of this law must not seriously think that California's true intentions are to have a genocide. They simply just want to help those people who have no hope of a cure, and are suffering. That's it, there is no story here, Everyone is allowed to make their decisions about their life and body. If you can go and get an abortion from a professional, you should also be able to go to your doctor to die. They are there to help you and to lessen your pain. In any way possible. Of course we support that background checks must take place, and several doctors (including psychologists) should sign off before you are allowed to die. You sho...

HISTORY

On June 7th, 2016, Hillary Rodham Clinton became the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party for the 2016 United States Presidential Election. In the primary process, we supported Senator Bernie Sanders over her, due to his energizing presence and progressive ideas. We believed in his political revolution, but it is now over as it relates to the Presidential campaign. Bernie will still compete in Washington D.C. next week, but most importantly the movement he started will always continue. We will always support his ideals, because we really do need a world that is ran by Bernie's system. The revolution shall continue!

For now though, we full-heartedly endorse Hillary Clinton to be the next President of the United States. We need someone who will stand up to ISIS and other global challengers, and someone who will fight for equality and prosperity back at home in America, and throughout the world. She is not perfect. She has a questionable (at best) financial connection to Wall Street, and major trust issues with the people due to the Iraq War, Benghazi and her e-mails. But at the end of the day, she has the experience and judgement to be next leader of the free world. And what a historic tenure that will be.

In an election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, it will be better if Hillary wins. Donald Trump though is not as bad as everyone thinks he is. He has said some questionable comments and his views on muslims for example are absolutely unacceptable. He however has a good stance on trade and must be applauded for breaking down the barriers in terms of being politically correct and for fighting and winning a very uphill battle against the establishment. He would not be a horrible president, but he would be unpredictable. While that can be good against certain enemies, at a time of such global disorder, we need a leader who can be trusted to take on these challenges, and someone who will bring order and stability for sure. And that candidate in 2016 is Hillary Rodham Clinton.

I fully support her. We fully support her. Stand with us.

Is Spotify about to die?

It’s a bit of a long shot, but Jay-Z’s latest announcement is certainly leading the music industry in the direction of the death of Spotify.  On March 30, Jay-Z along with 15 other musical icons, such as Madonna, Kanye West, Coldplay and Rihanna announced Tidal’s plans to take over the world. The world of music, that is. On top of all of this, Tidal continues to make headlines as last week, Beyonce shared a surprise song ‘Die With Me’ on the streaming site, to mark her and Jay-Z’s seventh wedding anniversary. Have you heard of Tidal yet? If not, it’s probably because you’ve been listening to your free music on Spotify instead. How dare you! Shame on you! At least, that is what Jay-Z wants you to believe. Tidal is a subscription-based service, which allows you to stream songs and music videos on your devices. What’s new about that? Probably the fact that it offers a better sound quality than Spotify and has the backing of some of the biggest stars in ...

Paris was attacked again

EPA On Friday, the 13th of November, everything was normal in Paris. People were happy that the weekend is here, and went out with friends and loved ones for some dinner and drinks, or for their favorite band's concert or cheered for their home nation as France took on Germany in an International friendly. The same night though, the evil also descended on the French capital and took away 130 souls. It was an absolute tragedy. People have been shocked to their cores. It is with great sadness that we write about this topic. It touched us very deeply too. That is partially why it took us so long to reflect on this issue, the other being the fact that there is still so many new developments surfacing continuously. The whole picture is not clear yet. It may never be. What is perhaps one of the most striking facts about this attack beyond the number of casualties, is the fact that this is the second tragedy in Paris this year alone. It has only been 10 months since gunm...

Immigration is shaking up the politics of Europe

Migrant crisis in the Mediterranean. Refugees streaming in from Syria and Iraq. Eastern European workers in the Western member states. These are the forms of Immigration that are currently transforming the political landscape of the EU. The National Front is rising in France, UKIP in the UK, Jobbik in Hungary, Lega Nord in Italy and the Freedom Party in Holland. Brussels is stuck, and there doesn't seem to be a right way out of this mess for them. Every week, thousands of Africans are rescued from the Mediterranean Sea, as their little, and unsafe boats capsize and face imminent death. The Europeans are trying to rescue them out of their goodwill and human compassion, but they just generate more problems for them. Italy can't handle tens of thousands of immigrants each month, and the EU has no facilities either. These migrants are living in horrible conditions, and there is no hope for them. Similarly, thousands of illegal immigrants are trying to enter the ...
