Governor Jerry Brown made California the fourth state in the US on Monday to allow physician assisted dying. Yes, only the fourth, and it's disappointing that the numbers (or the lack of) overshadow the real achievement. Everyone has the right to live, and everyone should have the right to die. Of course life is sacred, but the opponents of this law must not seriously think that California's true intentions are to have a genocide. They simply just want to help those people who have no hope of a cure, and are suffering. That's it, there is no story here, Everyone is allowed to make their decisions about their life and body. If you can go and get an abortion from a professional, you should also be able to go to your doctor to die. They are there to help you and to lessen your pain. In any way possible. Of course we support that background checks must take place, and several doctors (including psychologists) should sign off before you are allowed to die. You sho

President Marco Rubio? Yes. Last Night the third Republican debate occurred, this time in Colorado. A lot of question were answered as it was a crucial night for many of the candidates. One thing is clear though, Marco Rubio is now the biggest hope of the party, and he should be chosen as the nominee.
It is also easy to see that several of the other candidates should withdraw, to allow for a clear, policy driven debate between the serious candidates, like the Democrats have been able to do. Unfortunately however, there is only a little possibility that the field will thin out enough in time before Iowans will go to the polling stations.
Jindal, Pataki, Santorum and Graham should drop out now. The miracle is not going to happen for them. The participants of the undercard debate showed again why they are still at that debate, and not at the main one. It is time to go. We also think that Governor Huckabee and Senator Paul should follow them, as they continue to fade into the crowd and fail to differentiate themselves as anything useful. They are nice people, but 2016 is not there year.

This leaves us with the eight candidates who actually have a chance. John Kasich had a very good start. He was honest, and kept attacking others for their lies and disillusionment. It worked, and the crowd liked it too, even though Trump destroyed him later on with Lehman Brothers. He had a good night, but it is unclear if it well help him in the polls.
Same with Chris Christie. He had his best debate (night) yet. He was sensible and had some very good arguments. Poor Jeb Bush realised this too. When the former Florida Governor wanted to seem as the cool dad who plays Fantasy Football, Christie shut him down badly when he suggested that the government should rather worry about ISIS than online games. That was a great moment for Christie. He also gave several other to the point and clear answers. Good Job! This performance might bump him a few points up.

Jeb Bush did not have a good night. He seemed more energetic than before when he talked, but he didn't talk that much. Most analysts said that he failed miserably and that he is the next Walker. He is not. He has a lot of money, and he can still come back from here. But it is going to take a lot of work. He had some good answers, but he was shut down twice by Marco Rubio and Chris Christie, and that is all everyone is going to remember. Sadly.
Ted Cruz was good. He was funny, sensible and got big cheers from the crowd. It is easy to see why he is doing relatively well in the polls. He should continue with this tactic. It might work for him.
Trump wasn't bad. He delivered what was expected of him, but he is slowly fading into the big crowd, and the polls suggest that too. Texas, Oklahoma and Iowa are now favouring Carson over Trump, and for the first time he came second in a national poll too recently. But he is still the frontrunner and he is in it to win. Carson however didn't really have a memorable moment last night. He wasn't bad, but he didn't shine either.

Carly Fiorina was very funny, and had a similarly good performance as the other times, though not as outstanding and memorable. She was articulate, and knowledgeable and attacked Hilary in a way that actually made sense, but Rubio was even better. Should it be a Rubio-Fiorina ticket? Maybe.
But Rubio should be on the ticket for sure. He acted very smart and gave proper and possible answers. He destroyed Jeb Bush and attacked the mainstream media. Let's be honest, he was right about that too. Marco Rubio demonstrated that he is a real candidate and that he is an excellent politician and a public speaker. He reminds us of a 2007 Obama (not the policies obviously). He clearly won last night, and should see his poll numbers rise significantly. He should be the clear establishment candidate after last night, and Mr. Trump and Dr. Carson has a lot to worry about now. But it is not only them who should worry.
Hillary Clinton's smile is gone. She should worry. Marco Rubio is now the most sensible and probable Republican Candidate. That is clear. He is young, he comes well across the media, has the hispanic support, can carry swing states, has the American Dream story, makes few mistakes, is a clear communicator and conservatives like him too. All he needs is a female VP (perhaps Fiorina) and welcome to Hillary Clinton's worst nightmare.
