California just made a huge positive step in Healthcare

Governor Jerry Brown made California the fourth state in the US on Monday to allow physician assisted dying. Yes, only the fourth, and it's disappointing that the numbers (or the lack of) overshadow the real achievement. Everyone has the right to live, and everyone should have the right to die. Of course life is sacred, but the opponents of this law must not seriously think that California's true intentions are to have a genocide. They simply just want to help those people who have no hope of a cure, and are suffering. That's it, there is no story here, Everyone is allowed to make their decisions about their life and body. If you can go and get an abortion from a professional, you should also be able to go to your doctor to die. They are there to help you and to lessen your pain. In any way possible. Of course we support that background checks must take place, and several doctors (including psychologists) should sign off before you are allowed to die. You sho

Rubio Shines at the first debate

Florida Senator Marco Rubio has performed very well in last night's first national Republican Presidential Debate, and according to most analysts he seemed to finish first. The debate in Cleveland was closely followed by the whole world, as it is likely to have showcased the next possible President of the United States.

Rubio answered each question very professionally, never really stumbled and seemed to be one of the crowd favourites. He also had a positive online and social media response from the public, and thus can be applauded as he seemed to have successfully broken out of the stalemate that represented the candidates who were not in the top 3 before yesterday. But we will have to wait a few more days to see how the polls reacted.

As for Donald Trump, who was standing in the centre of the stage, it was as we expected. He pretty much dominated the discussions and appeared the most on our screen. He had spats with the audience, the other candidates and even the moderators, but it didn't seem too much or controversial. It was Trump. Even when he went after Rosie O'Donnell. He had some great moments, was very funny and received a lot of support from the audience. He wasn't attacking that much but he did defend himself. Poor Rand Paul.

Rand Paul had an OK night, but it could have been a lot better. He was overshadowed by Trump, and even Christie clearly beat him. But it could have been a lot worse for him, as some of his comments were not very popular.

Chris Christie performed well, and tried to be outspoken too. His spat with Paul over surveillance was a highlight of the night, and a good one for him too as he seemed to emerge victorious.

John Kasich performed well too, and his home crowd loved him. He was applauded several times, and his speeches were well received, even when talking about his controversial one-off support for Obamacare. He had a great night too, and he achieved what he wanted.

Walker wasn't seen that often, and could have performed better, but it wasn't a bad result for him either. In fact his digs at Hillary Clinton were on point. Cruz and Huckabee had some funny moments too, but they were largely unseen and overshadowed. This should be extra unfortunate fro Cruz, as he was thought to be one of the best orators.

Dr. Carson too was little seen, but when he was on camera he performed well and even made some jokes. His foreign policy and ISIS comments were especially well received even by Walker and Bush.

But it was Bush who everyone wanted to see. He was the frontrunner until Trump came along, and the audience wanted to see what he would do about it. They didn't fight, but Bush stood up for himself and delivered a solid overall performance. He had some tumbles, but he seemed confident and handled the questions well about his own family and the Clintons.

As for the earlier debate that hosted the other candidates, Carly Fiorina seemed to be the clear winner of that. She handled every question well and seemed very Presidential, and surprisingly thoughtful even on issues like foreign policy. She stood out from the crowd and is expected to increase in the polls in the next coming days. But will it be enough for her to advance to the next top 10 debate in about a month's time? We'll have to see, but she would be a nice addition to the main debate.

In overall it was a very entertaining and informing night. A great program on TV. But we will have to wait a few days till the dust settles and the polls come out to see who the real winners were.

Paris was attacked again

EPA On Friday, the 13th of November, everything was normal in Paris. People were happy that the weekend is here, and went out with friends and loved ones for some dinner and drinks, or for their favorite band's concert or cheered for their home nation as France took on Germany in an International friendly. The same night though, the evil also descended on the French capital and took away 130 souls. It was an absolute tragedy. People have been shocked to their cores. It is with great sadness that we write about this topic. It touched us very deeply too. That is partially why it took us so long to reflect on this issue, the other being the fact that there is still so many new developments surfacing continuously. The whole picture is not clear yet. It may never be. What is perhaps one of the most striking facts about this attack beyond the number of casualties, is the fact that this is the second tragedy in Paris this year alone. It has only been 10 months since gunmen at

Christie makes it 7

Iowa and New Hampshire have done their job again. The field is narrowing down, as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has become the latest candidate to drop out of the Republican race. The outspoken governor was an early frontrunner in this race, however he was hurt by the Bridgegate scandal back home, and was overshadowed in the crowded Establishment/Governor lane and by the rise of political outsiders like Donald Trump. After coming in at 6th place in the Granite State, Christie didn't believe in the race anymore, as he put all his eggs in one basket. It worked for Kasich, not for Christie, and that is why we are saying bye to him now. In the run-up to the 2012 election, Chris Christie was widely favored in the party, and thought of as a potential candidate. He was however not yet ready and did not join, despite the fact that Romney received a surprisingly strong challenge from Rick Santorum, Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich. He did however went on to campaign heavily for Romney la

Special Report Part 3: Migrant Crisis Live from Budapest

Budapest is a beautiful city. In fact even in an objective opinion, it can be called one of the most gorgeous creations. It simply is just amazing. It is also sometimes referred to as the centre of Europe, due to its geographical location. However, this year it also became the centre of something else. The migrant crisis that is engulfing the EU.  The sad truth of the matter is that the demographics  of the world is changing, and we must accept it. There is nothing we can do at this point to change or stop it. This year already, almost 100,000 migrants have crossed into Hungary alone (and thus the EU) illegally. And many more were probably missed by authorities. The ones who chose this route over the Mediterranean, usually come from warn torn regions such as Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan or from parts of the world where they have few opportunities and bad living conditions such as Pakistan and Kosovo. Many of them travel to Budapest on foot, and sleep with the capital's hom
