Although he may not admit to it, Trump is slipping. In the latest national and statewide polls, he has been slowly losing his ground, most often to Ben Carson. In Michigan for example, Carson already overtook him, but the extravagant businessman still remains atop most polls. But if the momentum or current tide has its ways, and water usually does, that will change soon. There is nothing to suggest that this is only a temporary blip in Trump's system, although he has always surprised the audiences. When Trump launched his campaign, he was largely ignored. But he soon got all the headlines due to his controversial remarks, and god knows why, but he just kept rising in polls. He did everything in the opposite way, and it worked. Establishment candidates who followed the playbook, Rick Perry and Scott Walker bled out, and Trump kept on roaring ahead of everyone. Not everyone will agree, but it may be time for Hillary to finally seriously panic about this race. Months have passed since her email scandal began, and since the rise of Bernie Sanders, and she is still not handling it that well. And the future doesn't look all that great either. Hillary has got to stop the tide. And she is trying. She is giving more interviews and she is out there more, b ut Bernie is still the one that has the momentum. Some would argue that even Joe Biden has more momentum than Hillary's campaign. Hillary's campaign doesn't seem to be focused, it's like they are in denial. Let's look at polling closer. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker became the second candidate after Rick Perry to drop out of the Presidential Race on Monday. The one time frontrunner shocked his staffers and supporters by dropping so early in the race. Although some analysts say that after the second disastrous debate performance, low polling numbers and fundraising, it was only a matter of time. So what went wrong? Well, Scott Walker was an early frontrunner in the race, and was championed to be the only true conservative this time around. Last year he travelled the country and gave speeches, especially in Iowa, where he was well received. Walker was leading Iowa with a considerable lead in this busy race, even well into the summer, and was nationally polling in the top 2 or 3 consistently. Then came Donald Trump. Carly Fiorina out shined everyone once again. Wednesday saw the second Republican Presidential Debate take place at the Reagan Library in California. It was a glorious yet terrifying setting, as the candidates stood in front of President Reagan's plane, with which he effectively ended the Cold War.  Once again there were two debates, and once again there were two clear winners. In the second tier debate, a surprise victor emerged, Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. No one expected this, but it was a very clear victory in the end for the veteran. And in the main event of the night, there were several interesting performances, but Carly Fiorina clearly collected her second victory of the debate season. Jeremy Corbyn has been elected as the new leader of Labour Party. At the special conference today in London, it was announced that the veteran Socialist MP won nearly 60% of the vote in the race, beating Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper and Liz Kendall. Many thought that the party hit rock bottom when the Tories got re-elected. Now more people say that this is the true rock bottom. After months of campaigning, Labour has elected a leader who is not electable. It was already going to be a very hard and complicated task for the party to get back into power, but now it looks even more impossible. Jeremy Corbyn as a person, is a very nice and smart gentleman. But Jeremy Corbyn as a politician is representing something that is not sustainable. In fact many call him the last torchbearer of socialism (together with Bernie Sanders).  Corbyn barely got onto the ballot paper, as many MP's only voted for him to broaden the debate, that was going to elect either Burnham or Cooper. While there have been rumours of financial troubles and lack of enthusiasm in the polls and rallies, it still comes as somewhat of a shock, due to it being so early in the race. Perry was not doing well in the polls, and failed to reach the top tier debate in August, but was expected to attend the next debate in 4 days time in California. His campaign has been saying that this debate will be different, and with Carly Fiorina gone, Perry could outshine the other candidates, and gain traction. That will not happen now. Governor Perry was once the frontrunner in the 2012 race, but eventually had to drop out due to several big mistakes. Most famously, he forgot the name of an agency he wanted to scrap during one of the debates. He was never able to recover, and endorsed Mitt Romney. As Hillary Clinton continues to slip in national polls, she switched up her defence on the email scandal. Clinton for the first time apologised for using a private server, and admitted that she 'made a mistake'. So far, Clinton has received heavy criticism for her handling of the situation, and sticking to the rhetoric that everyone knew about what she was doing, that she wasn't the only one who used private servers and that it was legal for her to do so. In the interview with ABC's David Muir, Clinton touched upon many aspects of her campaign, but everyone was listening to the email questions. It is rare that she even gives interviews, but her campaign felt that something must be changed as the former First Lady is dropping in polls all across the board. Mrs. Clinton will also appear on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and the Ellen show this week, in an attempt to show more of her personal side, and to divert attention from her scandal.
